VDN - Call Comeback

Good Day Everyonoe..

I have created a new helpdesk vector that is programmed in the vector to route calls externally to our secondary
support if our calls are more than 5 minutes. Now that secondary support might not get to that call if their are busy, is there a way to have that call come BACK to us within the cover-path of that VDN? Or do I have to make it an extension ?
