Hi Avaya Experts,
we have following callflow -
PSTN xxx xxx 1200 -> VDN 1200 -> vector 120 -> ... route to external number
If some internal DN or agent is calling directly this VDN - his number is shown (from public unknown numbering table) as ANI/CLI.
If the call is from PSTN - some default number is shown as ANI/CLI.
But I want to show VDN extension as ANI/CLI - it is set in public unknown numbering table, also trunk group has unknown format selected, but it is not working.
Any ideas?
