I just added 20 new DNIS numbers to the VDN group. When I did a List VDN I noticed that these last 20 do not have a Event Notif Adj after them. There are a few others in my VDN group but they are regular staff lines and not inbound 800 lines like these are. I've run into an issue with our CTI screen pops now showing the correct data, so that is why I was looking over the VDN's. The problem may be with the CTI application, but I want to make sure this isn't trying to tell me something.

Where does the 4 digit number come from that is put in the Event Notif Adj field? Is there something else I need to add? I've added a number of VDN's and haven't had any problems with them, so I thought I'd ask.

I've got a G3si v9.5

Thanks

Mike

Check your CTI application. I ran into the same problem on a recording solution. The application had to have the VDN's identified before they would record. The Event Notif Adj field was only populated after we identified the VDN's in the recording application.

You must have been right, Rbuckner. I did have the VDN's identified in my CTI application but I found a double entry in the file that was keeping it from seeing the new VDN's and a few others. Once I removed that and restarted the CTI server, I noticed that the Event Notif Adj fields were now populated. I'd never have figured out why they all of a sudden showed up when I went back and checked them later if you hadn't mentioned it. Thanks

Mike
