Vdbase print to file problem

I'm trying to use the print to file feature and I keep getting the following message:
" no print destination specified."
I'm on Vdbase 5.7
The Command that I'm using in my form is:

report form payment.rpt for year(appt_date) = v_year to file ?

Any help would be appreciated.
