Here is the issue that we are having. Customer has 3 locations tied together with an IP Office. VM Pro is installed at the main location (A). When a caller calls location B on an analog loop start line, Auto attendant answers immediately from site A using the network. If the caller calls any of the extensions from location B and transfers back through the network, it will ring the 3-4 times before normally going to voicemail, then Dead air...call does not reach mailbox. If they call location B and get auto attendant, and dial anything from location A or C they get to the extensions voice mail box. If they call to Location A or C and dial any extension, they will make it to the voice mail box of that extension, even at location B. A reset of the IP office by pulling the plug at location B cleared up this scenerio. This is the second time that this has happened, the first time was about 2-3 months ago. Customer pulled the power cord before I was able to do more testing to find out how many of the IP phones could talk at a time at location B. It seems to me though that only 2-3 Channels of the VCM32 are actually working when this happens. We are licensed to 12 channels. Any other possibilities that anyone can think of??? The customers warranty runs out April 29 of this year and we would like to figure out if this sounds like the part that needs replaced.
