VBScript runtime error '800a01fb' An exception occurred: Cookies

A company that i am doing some work for had their web server crash. They got everything back up and working the same except for one thing. in my ASP pages where i call a cookie, request.Cookies("crap"), i get an error when trying to call this. i get the error stated above. What would need to be changed in IIS to make cookies work again.

Hi,
Check ur local browser settings.
Check whether the Cookies are allowed in the browser

Does this happen with any cookies you try to read?

Could be a problem with the asp componant in IIS maybe?

This is not a browser issue. I allow cookies and so do the other 5 people trying to figure this problem out. This only happens on this server. Guitardave78, i looked at that and can't find my problem in there anywhere. Their problems are similar but not the same, besides they give no real reason for it happening or how to fix it.

I'm not sure what to do next. Thanks for the advice, keep it coming..
