VBScript or WSH to hide / show taskbar

Anybody have some code that can be run with the login script to hide / show the taskbar. And by hide i don't mean autohide...i mean totally gone so they can not see it at all.

I have looked countless times in the GPO for totally making the taskbar dissapear. It's either not their or im blind. Can you tell me the EXACT location of this option?
