.vbs to .EXE and sendkey

Anyone who knows where i can find a program that makes .vbs files to .exe files
(and i don't just mean renaming them...:) )

And anyone who knows how to make a TAB with the sendkey command???

And do you maby know some good website were there are some commands listed, and not the usual that is on microsofts site, I mean commands like .Sendkey .ShutdownWindows...that sort of commands.
