I am using aloha pos 5.2.4. All of a sudden the vbodiag process on the bottom right hand side has a red slash through it as if it is not working and the machine is beeping. The Aloha software itself is working. What does this program do, should I be concerned and does anyone know how to fix this issue?

When I open the program it shows no terminals at all. I know we have 2 terminals. This just started happening and this installation has been running for years. For the "File Queue Service" it says stopped.
I have another site where I have the same setup with no errors and this says "running". I assume this is the problem. How do I get it running?
