Hi,

I'm trying to write a module in VBA that will create a selection set from all blocks of a drawing and then inside of an Access database. I say, the handle is the primary kaey of a table but I don't extract all entity information whit VBA code.

So how, do I do it?


Any suggestions?

Are you trying to get blockreference handles to place in an access database? I am trying to understand.

thanks, the handles of the blocks be the keys of the tables of acces, I have the selection but profit not to take it acces

one quick note for you...the handle changes everytime you re-open that drawing i believe !!

I think that hochanz is correct, I would assign xdata or an attribute to the entities in the acad drawing to eliminate that from happening......just an idea.
