I have Acrobat 2020 full version because I create a lot of forms and edit PDF all the time.

Someone wrote a program for me that looks at my spreadsheet then updates the info back to a master PDF then creates an interactive PDF file for each record.

When I open the PDF files locally only a few of the fields show up. If I look at the same PDF through Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera, etc I can see all the data in the file. Can someone please help me on what can be changed in the program to accomodate for all versions of Acrobaat including local versions of Reader or Acrobat.

It's bizarre that I can only see all the data if I open it through a browser.... I've attached a copy of the spreadsheet and the pdf the program generated. I don't have the code yet as we are still working through this.

Open it in your web browser then try to open it locally on your computer. Or maybe you have seen this issue before and have a quick answer? I hope so.

Thanks to all in advance for viewing this thread! Elena

Yes, am aware that there was an issue with this sort of thing when you don't complete the forms in full Acrobat, e.g.
>Can someone please help me on what can be changed in the program
>I don't have the code yet

See the problem here?

Just in case someone else sees this...

Someone else designed the PDF Form and I added some fields. Those fields were the only ones that imported from Excel back to my local PDF.

I copy/pasted each field and moved the new form field up to it's proper location, deleted the original field and replaced it.

After that I was able to see all the data.

The original creator must not have had a full version or they had a lesser version that I do anyway. Mine is Acrobat 2020. Don't think it was out when this form was created.
