For some reason, events in PowerPoint are hard to come by.
Presentation_Open and Close aren't available in the traditional sense. Normally, custom functionality is added to PowerPoint using an AddIn. With PowerPoint AddIns you create routine in a standard module named Aut
pen and Auto_Close. Any code in there will fire when the addin is loaded/unloaded and this is used to create application wide functionality.
