Is there any way to stop placing the report name on top of each email? Here is the code.

DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "Report Test", acFormatRTF, txtTO, txtCC, txtBCC, txtSubject & " " & " - " & rs![OrgKey], txtMessage, False
rs.MoveNext

Every time I send an email it says

<<Report Test.rtf>>

Begin more specific..

You mean the file name is Report Test.rtf, or the body of the message? or the subject? Or the title bar of the mail message?

It is far easier to reference the Outlook object model and create a new mail item.

Do a search in this forum on it as there must have been about 1000 threads on sending files from Access via Outlook.

If at first you don't succeed, try for the answer.
