VBA - EXPORTING REORTS PROGRAMATICALY FROM CMS

Greetings!

I'm fairly new to this, so if there is already a thread to this topic that might help me learn this or a link to an external site.
I've been browsing about this and I want to understand this better. Specifically, using ms excel to export reports from a CMS (e.g. AVAYA) putting it to a text file or a new sheet. My objective is to automate the process as much as I could or possibly be.

I'm not sure your question has anything to do with writing code in Microsoft Access. Forum707 is more appropriate for Excel programming. I think your primary need is for information regarding AVAYA.

Yes, but my problem is I didn't knew where to start learning this.
If anyone could provide something I could start with to learn this to achieve my objective, that would be so helpful

Yes, and there's a bunch of codes there.
I can understand some of the lines but not all so I'd be needing something like CMS 101.
Just enough to be able to attain my objective.
