VB6 Debugging tools

I have a copy of Smartcheck Version 5.01 that I want to experiment with as a debugging tool in VB6. I cannot get it to work in VB6. Does anyone out there know how to install it so that it will run when you issue a "Start run" command.

Are there any other software packages that can be used when debugging a program?

Have you tried the debugging tools that are already in VB6?

Yes I use the debugging tools that are in VB6 but they leave a lot to be desired.
I use other languages and their dbugger will tell me all my variable and their valuesWith just one button push), what files I have open, what record I am on, etc. VB6 does not seem to have all this in teir debugger thats what I wanted to use Smatcheck for as the literature semms to indicate that it is quite useful.
