Vb to Excel error

Hello,

I have a vb application that is trying to write to an excel file but I reveive an error:

run-time error '-2147217900(80040e14)':
specified owner name 'Excel 8.0;Datbase=E:\open.xls;HDR=NO;'
either does not exist or you do not have permission to use it.

The file does exist.

Help, Please.

Maybe incorrect spelling?

'Excel 8.0;Database=E:\open.xls;HDR=NO;'

Sorry fat fingers. Database is spelled correctly.
