VB: Text, Tables and Styles

Hi

Here's what I want to do using VB:

1) insert a line of text in a document then apply a style to just this line

2) insert a table below this a row at a time, with 11 columns and apply a style to the first column, then a different style to the last 10 columns

3) add a blank line and apply a style to this

4) repeat 1-3 a few times

I am experienced in VB but am finding the examples in the scrpiting document a bit lacking, hence this post. Any help would be appreciated!
