VB.NET Webbrowser and my Download manager

Hi im trying make may own webbrowser where i m using comp. webbrowser. Everything is simple except implementation my own download manager and disable manager from IE. Means when im click on the download button in the webbrowser i want to open my download manager...

P.S This is global problem im looking for sulution about 10 days without success..

Note: you'll obviously have to handle the request for the new page yourself before implementing this code (I assume there will be some kind of "navigating" or "changing" event which will fire when a link is clicked).

Thanks for this example but im looking for exam for VB.NET

The language is fairly irrelevant. It still uses the same framework and the same methods/objects. You should easily be able to take the logic and write your own VB.NET version.
