Hello all --

I am new to VB.NET but have used VB6 for years.

Can I run a VB.NET 2003 .exe file on Windows 98?
Is the .NET 1.1 framework supported on Windows 98?

Thanks,

C

You can write for Win98 -- they will have to have the .NET framework installed, or use the RemoteSoft linker to package a complete executable with no dependencies.

But seeing as Win98 isn't the best operating system, I would encourage your users to upgrade to XP.

Chip H.
