VB Export of Crystal 7 to Word2000

All I need to do is programmatically open an existing Crystal document, and use VB to export that document to Word2000. Crystal allegedly allows you to do this, but I get an "out of date dll" error when I try.
Can anyone help - this is driving me crazy!

Which DLL is it? It may be because CR 7 does not support Office 2000. Is that possible?

Check your VB code and make sure you're setting ALL the export options. You have to tell it it's a "disk file" as well as that you want the format to be Word. I had this problem last week myself so if that doesn't fix it, repost. I have all the stuff Seagate put me through to get it fixed.
