VB 6 Data Object Wizard How to?

Hello all:
Newbie to VB 6. How do I open the Data Object Wizard? I went to Tools and then Add-in Manager, but there are no values in my Add-in Manager. According to my book (Visual Basic 6 Database Programming by John Fronckowiak) there should be a Data Form and Data Object Wizard.

Why does MS make things so non-intuitive?

May be the cause of the problem. If you are using the basic edition of VB6 I am not sure if the data wizard is included.
