When I add a new employee to my database through a VB form, it replaces the existing database and adds the new employee as many times as their are existing records.

I've gone over my mnuSave several times and can't figure out what is wrong. Can anyone help?

You might have better luck in the Microsoft:Access Queries and JET SQL forum.
