Is there anyway to use the Incoming Route Tag for some type of variable routing. I have a call center that fronts for several companies, but we use 1 general "sales" Huntgroup for answering calls. Currently i use the Incoming Route TAG to let the agents know where the call is coming from. I am now trying to set up a VM Pro breakout option from the sales queue, problem is that when the end user leaves a voicemail as the breakout option there is no way for the agent to know where the call was dialed into. If there is a way to test for what Incoming Call Route TAG existed so I can then direct the call to a specific voicemail rather then a general one. ANY IDEAS???

Voicemail Pro stops working? Never happens :)

If it runs on it's own machine without the windows firewall and automatic updates then yes it should :)
