I'm trying to create a macro In outlook to add a signature (special one) that will also have a subject with todays date in the subject.

Subject: VoiceMailbox <2008-05-06>

This would be the prefered date type, but I can live with any variable type date that will work, I can not find in any help that works.
%date% does not work, %date does not work,

Can I get any help with this??

Oh, this is Outlook 2007

REWIND......

What i really want is to have a message template that I can put a variable in for the date so that Today's date shows up in the SUBJECT.

Subject: VoiceMailbox <2008-05-06>

I can not find anywhere a list of variables that I can even try.

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Ok, Thank you for the code, Could you give me a little more information please? Like how do I use it to make a template email message?

Thank you
