At well over 100 posts in thread1256-1530355, it's probably time for yet another thread in the apparently Waaay Popular Vanity Plates series.

Here's a rather scary one:

Santa,

That reminds me of one that a friend had some years ago. It was a standard issue plate, from the regular series of alpha-numeric combinations. It was not a vanity plate.

BNK-2198 (the #'s are made up)

I worried that someone might think the digits were the PIN for their bank card.

I saw this one on Saturday on a new Cadillac: MSSNMY3

At first I thought is was someone missing their three children until I say the dedication in their back window.

We don't really have vanity plates over here.

But, today I followed a car with the following plate:

I nearly had to stop on the hard shoulder or the M3.

I saw a memorable plate on the way home last night. I don't feel the need to post the make/model of the car it was on.... (-:

PNCHBGY

__________
Veni, Vidi, Visa: I came, I saw, I charged it.

Fee,

Along those lines:

Licensed to Thrill

(possibly not safe for work, but at least I remembered enough key phrases to Google it to get the link)

I'd like to change the world, but I can't find the source code.

I'll look at home then Flappy!

I was in Southwest Florida yesterday and saw a big F250 with CABL GUY on its' plate.

I could not say for sure if it was Larry but the driver was kinda portly.

Here are a couple new ones:

BLOOMR
KNSTSIA

Saw this on the drive to work today. Hope it's referring to computers and not the current swine flu pandemic...

IHACK4U

There's a chance the owner of this plate visits this site.

BLOOMR - "Bloomer" is okay, but how did BLEW MISTER get by the usually overly sensitive censors?

This week I saw:

FLWRMAN
RUNGMAN - I think it could be "running man".
IAM4U

Saw this one this morning, but have no clue...

FLOOSK

Doesn't look like a name.

Two more -
[tab]MIZOORAH
with a Missouri State license plate frame

[tab]HOOSIERDNA
with a Indiana University license plate frame

Oh, and this morning I saw SAMBO on the way to work. Thankfully the light changed just as the intersection came into view, so I wasn't stuck behind her. But I saw the line of about 10 cars that was.

anotherhiggins, are you sure about those plates? Here in California there is a limit of seven characters. MIZOORAH is eight characters and HOOSIERDNA is ten. That seems a bit much to squeeze onto a license plate.

Was behind an SUV today with the plate: LUV2 LOL

and she really must because she also had a bumper sticker for Voting NO on Amendment 2. (in Florida amendment 2 passed - making bigotry sanctioned by the state.) Ya gotta lol or you'd just cry.

Sam - here in NC the limit is 8. And there are some characters that are considered half-characters.

But you're clearly right about my misremembering the Hoosier one. Maybe HUSERDNA? I'm not sure, though.
