Hello,
I purchased a vanity number for my company and I want to have it remote call forward to the Customer Service hunt group number. I think with RCF only one caller can call at a time. When someone calls a huntgroup directly does the call get placed into a rotary so the queue can take another incoming call on the same number. What would be my best course of action to allow people to call my new vanity number or the hunt group number to access Customer Service. Thanks for any help. I have not ported it into the rest of my numbers yet so it's not available in Avaya IP Office.
