VALMGR cannot see VAL boards

This is the first time I tried to use val mgr since our upgrade from CM2.2 to CM3.1.2. When I try to retreive val board information I get these error logs. I deleted the voice system and re registered it. No luck. The login is working so the login/password info is right, but I have re-entered it several times anyway. Has anyone got any ideas what's going on?

Use the IP address of the system, not the VAL board to log in. Make sure that you are running the latest version of VAL Manager. There may be patches/service packs available on the Avaya Support website.

I get this same error when the user I use to login with is not a superuser.

Yes, the login needs superuser permisions and I find using SSH to login via the VAL manager works every time...

your val manager release needs to match the release of the CM. upgrade the Val manager and it will work fine.
