Valid Attendent has not been specified?

Hi,


On one person's phone when ever someone calls this person's voicemail then decides to hit 0 for the operator you get this message " A Valid Attandent Has Not Been Specified" why is this? What can I do to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

check your revert dn

I have checked that on the Meridian Mail Side and the Revert DN 0 is in place as it should be. What else could I check?

Hi,

Check if you have defined the Attendant DN.
