Valcom SIP Paging

Does anyone have experience with Valcom SIP Paging? I have a VIP-130AL, installed the 3rd Party IP licenses on version R10.1 It rings busy when I try to page to the extension. It seems to be due to it not registering. In Monitor it just continuously shows the message below. I used this following link as a setup guide.


192.168.11.250 is IPO
192.168.11.10 is Valcom Extension 241

Can you please provide more information thats coming back on this register from the ipo.
 
Set in the SIP extension the
3rd party Auto Answer to "Device Auto Answers"

I have set the "device auto answer" still gets a busy tone. I think the issue is that it is not registering. I never get anymore logs except what I had included above. I have enabled all SIP logging options in the monitor as well.
 
This is an register problem. Try to configure it with a new extension and register is again.

Are you able to make an internal or external outgoing call? This should work without a valid registration.
