valcom 3 zone Paging zone stopped working on my option 11

Hello,

I have a option11 and a 3 zone Valcom 2003a has been working fine. One day 1 of the zones stopped working. there hasnt been any programing recently so i started looking at the receptionist console and changed it out still had the same problem. So I replaced the Valcom and still the same zone not working. Check all the wiring for loose connections and found none. I'm lost now anyone had this problem before?

The PBX does not know anything about your Valcom zones. If one zone works, the PBX is fine. If the Valcom is known to be good - that leaves wiring.

GH is correct the first digit or 2 digits will get you to the Valcom after that it's up to the Valcom to take the next dogit and convert to a ZONE

had the same problem today...music on speakers was fine...someone had turned the volume down on the paging amplifier friday.
