VAL Board Problems

I have a new LSP site that I'm trying to turn up. When I go to have an announcement recorded I get the following message when I do a list trace on the station doing the recording:

denial event 1637: Wrt prot/maxd/annc bd

Does any one know how to fix this?

Also -- if I have a pre-recorded message uploaded to the VAL board it won't play.

All of my other LSP's work fine.
