Vacant number ?

Hello All, we have a BC9 CALENDAR DATA
IDENTITY=XXXX-BC90REVB
VERSION=LZY2035106/1/53-CNI85-000003FF/R1A .
It seems we may have some data corruption. When one tries to ring 7770 the system says that it is vacant even though it is programmed as below

Nadap says 7770 is numtype ex, any ideas on where to look?

Usually caused by NA data corruption -caused by pulling numbers out of middle of EX range-i.e something like changing 7769 to Numtyp AC from Ex-if Dusyi not done do LADAI or put the programming back how it was

You can print NADAP:LIM=1; and compare to NADAP:LIM=2; and see if there is a discrepancy between the two regarding that portion of the number range.

It may seem labor intensive, but you should try to call 7770 from an extension in every other LIM in the system. This will help to verify if the corruption is in LIM 2 (likely if no other extensions can call 7770) or just one other LIM.

The data in the program unit (NAP if I recall correctly)is the same for every LIM in the system so you can copy the unit from LIM 1 (or a good LIM) into the LIM that is corrupted.

I expect you are correct ceejay there is a lot gaps in the extn range here.Dusyi had occured the night previous.
Dave I had already changed the extn number and fowarded 7770 to that number as a stop gap measure, so to late to compare interlim nadap.I will try it next time though.After another day and another dump i changed programming back and now it works fine.
Thank you guys for your replies and sorry not to be able to give a difinitive answer as to whe core of the problem.
