I have a CS1000 RLS 7.5 with System Manager and Session Manager 6.2 along with an Avaya (Sipera) SBC 6.2. I am trying to get my vacant numbers coming in on SIP to route to my RAN just like my DID's coming in on PRI's do. Any thoughts?

You need to modify INT_DATA in the CDB in LD 15 (print in 21). The prompt CTVN, the third response would need to be RAN and then provide your RAN route number. Obviously VNR needs to be turned off in NET_DATA.

For all intercept prompts, the four fields are the following sources: Telephone, Attendant, TIE, and DID

Bingo......all I had to do was change the 3rd field to the RAN and it works. The SIP is built as TIE in the RDB.....thank you!
