V9 Auto Answer... 1

Hi,

Wondering if someone could clear this up for me.

I have a client requiring auto answer in their call centre for external calls, the Agents are members one or more teams (hunt groups) fed from a Auto Attendant.

Using the Short code *DCP 400000000,0,2,2,0 we have got this working for both internal and external calls, but NOT when they come through the hunt group.

Is this possible? Im driving myself mad!

 
You know when the penny drops...

of course its not going to work as they cant all answer the phone at the same time.

Let me try the other types
 
Ok we have tested every hunt group type and cannot get this working, I am reading mixed reports that it is just not possible in V9 and was removed after V8, can anyone confirm this?
