V8 G3csi password problems

One of our customers has bought a second-user csi, but craft and inads are ASG guarded can anybody help with any standard passwords for cust etc they may now?

Software version is G3V81.03.042.2

Try craft & crftpw, or on a post rls 11, instal & crftpw. That is the only suggestion I have.

I've seen cust & cust1, but that may not be default.

I've already tried those two combinations unfortunately but thanks for your reply anyway. Back to the drawing board for me!
