V3000 brand new.
3102's
V4.4.2 SW
3Com 4400 PWR 24 port switch.
Paging zone created with extension 6100.
x2221 x2222 placed in zone as members.
Call 6100 and page cannot be heard.
I believe multicast is working as I can see BLF on either set when off hook.

Fixed this by DISABLING IGMP snooping.
Default was enabled.
* for you anyway thanks

If you have IP on the Fly turned on but you don't have any IP (layer 3) phones it will not work because the NBX tries layer 3 first for some strange reason.

Just an update:
IGMP snooping should be enabled but if you enable IP on the fly or standard IP then paging will not work.
If you disabled IGMP snooping in this scenario paging will work but your network will suffer from broadcast traffic.
To support IGMP snooping mode in this environment the switches or a router installed on the network must support IGMP querying mode. By default this feature is disabled on the 4400 PWR and it cannot be enabled via the web interface. The IGMP querying mode must be enabled via the cli command. The cli command can be found in the cli reference manual for the 4400 PWR.
