Hi I have a 412 loaded with V2.1. Over 2 weeks ago I deleted a hunt group, when interogating the CCC MSDE database, entries are still being generated with this group name. Does the IP Office have a memory capability that I am unaware off

hi , in database SDXARCHIVER on table :dbo.tblnames you have all names/dn when you created in MANAGER :) , then some records are old , and if you deleted trsahes then you have a clear visible of reports and CCV . i have a problem with some agents , and old exetnsions , but of i deleted old records then problem fixit :) BUT THINKING TWO TIMES BEFOR DLETE RECORD :)

Thanks Nokitel, would the old name in the table allow it to insert the old name a week later into the database? The deleted group was the highest group number originally this is why it was deleted?

no , IPO , dont delete , theye are all modifications . i have a these same problem . but now is ok :) check delta server also , and if you dont have upgrade downlink from avaya , new deltaserver 4.0.29

I am running delta server 4.0.29, the 4.0.24 supplied on the cd does not work with my 2.1 IPO 412 it says could not find server so I loaded the 4.0.29 and that worked

Is this name showing up in current reports, or one run for dates before you deleted the group? If current, is there any data showing up or just the name with no numbers?

You don't want CCC to forget about the group altogether, since it did exist and is part of your call centers history. You never know when you may want to refer back to what happened in that group on such and such a date.
