v1.1 to v2.0

Just converted a project to 2.0 and I wanted to run ASP.NET configuration. I'm getting the following error

Any ideas ?
Been looking at this for ages - no clue ... Nothing in google either

It looks like you are trying to some file I/O and your ASP.NET account does not have permissions. I would look at IIS first before the code.

Where do you look at IIS though in ASP.NET 2.0 since the configuration is different to 1.1
