Hello Everyone,
I have had the misfortune of being in between my service Provider AT&T and my PBX installer/service company on this, and hopefully someone can shed some light on the situation.
First off, I have been given access by the PBX service company to make changes to the system.
What I am trying to achieve is this, I have 4 trunk lines set up and would like the Caller ID when a call from one of these lines is made to show a specific number. (For argument sake we will say a 1-800 Vanity Number). The PBX Co. has said it's an AT&T thing, AT&T says its a feature that all PBX systems support. I have dug around and can't figure it out so I am asking here. Can someone lend a hand?
