UX Mail cutting off people leaving messaages. "talk off"

Doe anyone have the tech notes for making adjustments to DTMF listening for a UX Mail?
I have a site that has had minor issues in the past but are having more issues recently with "Talk off" causing the message to stop recording and send.

Before you do that I would make sure it's the UXmail and not a trunk dropping the call.

It's definitely a talk off issue. Live calls do not disconnect only calls within the UX Mail when leaving messages. Also end users have said they hear "your message has been sent" while leaving a message.
