Utilities for Crystal Reports - 1) document a report; 2) inventory reports

Hello --

Can anyone recommend utilities to do the following two tasks for our Crystal Reports:
1) Document a report
We need complete detail, far in excess of what we get from File > Export > Export Report > Report Definition (to a text file)

2) Inventory reports
We want to list report properties, including
Report/object name
Report description
Owner
Server
Database
User
Schedule
Last Run Date
Date Modified
Report location - folder/subfolders
Destination folder
