Using Vodavi Starplus with CALL WAITING 1

Can anyone tell me how to use my Vodavi Starplus phone system on a line that has 'call waiting'? Everything we seem to try to pick up the waiting call results in the first call being disconnected.

Have you tried flash? (Feature 3, I think).
If you have tried and it was unsuccessful, then you or your vendor needs to adjust the flash timing in system programming. It can be adjusted from 700 to 1500 msec, and needs to match the CO timing.

Which "Starplus" system? There are several inluding Starplu analog, starplus digital, and starplus DHS.

If you are unsure about what telephone system that you have, turn a telephone over and give the model number of the phone so you can be given the correct instructions.
As Paul144 stated, Vodavi has many telephone systems and each is a bit different with the FLASH function!
