I'm having problems using ghost on my installation of Virtual PC 2004.

I've got a ghost network boot floppy that I can use to connect the "real" PC to the network but the same floppy doesn't work when I boot from the Virtual machine.

The "real" PC uses an Intel Pro 100 NIC to connect to the network whilst the Virtual PC reports that it has an Intel 21140 generic NIC to communicate to the network. Both the "Real" and "Virtual" builds are visible on my windows 200 domain.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get the boot floppy to connect to the network ?

Why do you need to make a ghost image of the vpc? you can just copy the .vhd file for the hard disk and create a backup of this?
