I'm having trouble getting any ACD sets to log in using virtual office if they have to work away from their usual set. VOLA and VOUA are permitted on both sets and the SCPW is set. For example:

Key 0
ACD Directory Number 2000
CLID Numeric/D 0
ACD Position ID 12014
ANIE Entry 0

Key 1
SCR Prime DN 6293

SCPW is set as 6293
VOLA Allowed
VOUA Allowed

When I try to log into another set with the ID of 12014 and password of 6293 I get the error "Invalid ID (3)"
When I try to log in with ID of 6293 and password of 6293 I get the error "Permission Denied (4)"

Other non-ACD virtual log ins are working fine.

It works fine for us. Are your sets acquired?

Thanks for the swift reply John. Yes, both sets are registered and working normally. Am I right in trying to log in with the position ID? I should also mention, we are running release 6.0. I'm not sure if that makes any difference.

I think I've found the problem. I was trying to log into a 1230 ACD set from a 1120 handset. Maybe due to the amount of keys it didn't like it. When I tried logging into that 1230 set from another 1230 it worked. fine.

Depends on the configuration of the 1120's.
You can with an IP1230 less keys than on an IP1120.
If the IP1120 config has more you get that problem.
