Using the Order Fullfillment Option??

I know this sould be simple but... having a bit of trouble.
We have recently upgraded to 8.0 and we are trying to utilize everything we can to make the distribution process easier. We are having a lot of trouble with the Order Fullfillment option. Does anyone have any ideas other then what GP has listed as instructions? We can not get this to work at all.

Have you checked Tools/Setup/Sales/Sales Order Processing/Orders to see if the Options "Allow Separate Fulfillment Process" and "Allow Invoicing of Unfulfilled or Partially Fulfilled Orders" checkboxes have been ticked ?

Otherwise, can you give some details of your problems ?
" Having a lot of trouble" is not really very helpful.
