Hello,
I am using in a webpage tables and include php function to create a webpage without frames, I want to ask how can I navigate with a navigation bar, when using frames I was target mainframe and the html file wanted to display, now what I can enter in the navigation button to change the main page location?

Phew, I had to check the date on this one to make sure it was from 2010.

If you're redoing your website, maybe you should consider using CSS for layout, which has been the main tool to achieve that for the last 7 years or so.

To answer your question however, there is no longer a main page and the navigation. It all ends up on the same page. So every time, the entire page changes. PHP includes will help you with loading common elements on every page (such as header, footer, navigation). Targets in links are therefore no longer needed.
