Hello everyone. We have found that you can use System Monitor to log events as they occur. The application has a file called tmplog.txt in the monitor directory. This file can be open as records are written to it. This would enable you to log this data directly to sql using VB.NET VB.60 or even SQL using the Data Transformation Services. This is extremely usefull if you need to write custom web applications or Crystal reports based on call activity. We have Chosen to only show the call delta in the log file and right away you can see how easy it is to read.

Have fun.

Whats happens if someone needs to run monitor to identify problems?

Every copy of Monitor on the same IPO uses the same options.
