I have downloaded and installed the SUS Service on my windows 2003 server standard box.

It has been setup to sync with the SUS server and has also downloaded and approved updates.

How do I use group policy to use the SUS for the clients instead of the windows update site.

Also, what is the Local Site URL for the client machines to connect to?

Thanks in advance

Damon

You can create a GPO, and change the settings at:

Computer configuration--admin templates--windows components---windows update. Mainly the entry for "Configure automatic updates" and "specify an intranet microsoft update service location" where you enter
I have implemented this easily on XP Desktops...#
