Using stationary in outlook xp

Hi.
I made a html file in order to use it in my e-mails as a stationary.
but when I use, it completely changes its face and presents a shape which, is not my aim.So I tried to make another one by conveting it into an image file and then use it in my e-mail. but as outlook xp shows imaf=ges in tile mode, it repeats more than one time in my e-mail. So how can I stop repeating that image more in my e-mail?I only want that shape shows one time.....

into the body style

Dear Chris,
Thank you, but as you certainly know, if the size of background picture is not fit for the size of the screen,(I mean smaller or larger) so how can I fit my picture for covering whole of screen as background?
