Using SMS to change workstation name

My company is standardizing on a new naming convention for PC's. In my case, the only change I have to make is add "USA" to the front of the workstation name. For example, the machine is currently called MARLC312A1, and it will need to be renamed to USAMARLC312A1.

Is this possible through SMS?
